Can I return my product?

Yes. BWT is devoted to making sure our customers are satisfied, we have a no questions asked policy on all returns made within 30 days of the purchase. 30-60 days we will only accept exchanges. After 60 days we can no longer accept any returns or exchanges. To request a return, please e-mail returns@bestieswithtesties.com and put “Return Request” in the subject line.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it for the proper size?

As long as you have not washed or damaged the product we will be happy to exchange it for the proper size. We will even split the shipping cost with you. You ship it to us, and we will ship you to the right size. To request an exchange, please e-mail returns@bestieswithtesties.com and put “Exchange Request” in the subject line.

Note

Please use caution when trying on items. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, dry cleaned, washed is considered to be “other than original condition” and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes deodorant markings, pet hair, and odors such as perspiration or cigarette smoke. If such merchandise is returned it cannot be refunded.

Lost Shipments

Lost shipment and missing item claims must be filed within ten days from the date order was shipped. Besties with Testies does not assume responsibility for lost shipment or missing item claims placed after ten days of ship date.

Discounted Merchandise

All discounted merchandise that is purchased is a Final Sale. If discounted merchandise is returned, the customer will not receive a refund or exchange and will be responsible for paying the cost to ship the discounted items back to them or can choose to abandon the product.
